瓯海黄叶早茶加工工艺及技术要点

摘要 瓯海黄叶早为温州五大早茶品种资源之一,具有叶色黄绿、萌芽特早的特点,适制扁形绿茶,品质优异。本文归纳了黄叶早茶鲜叶采摘标准要求,并根据不同等级鲜叶原料选择传统手工加工方法或者机械加工方法,分别总结了两种加工方法的技术要点。 Ouhai Huangyezao was one of the Wenzhou top five early tea varieties,which had the characteristic of yellowish green leaves and special early sprouting.It is suitable for the manufacture of flat green-tea,and the quality of product tea was excellent.The paper introduced the picking standard and requirements of Huangyezao Tea leaves.According to the different grades of fresh leaves,the traditional hand-making method or the mechanical processing method can be chosen,and the technical points of these two different processing methods were summarized.
