幽门螺杆菌感染患者疾病相关知识的掌握情况

Medical Knowledge Command of Patients with Helicobacter Pylori Infection

目的了解幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染患者对HP相关知识掌握情况,以期为制定合适的护理干预提供依据。方法便利抽样法选取2011年6-12月在第二军医大学长征医院体检中心检出HP阳性的1 143例体检者为研究对象,采用自制的问卷对其进行疾病相关知识的掌握情况调查。结果 95%的患者根本不知道自己患有HP,有的患者甚至表示从未听说过HP。在本次调查中患者知道最多的是每日每餐后如何对餐具消毒(82.0%),知道最少是HP导致的相关性非消化系统疾病(4.0%)。结论医护人员应大力加强对HP感染患者HP相关知识的健康教育,以提高患者的防范意识,维护健康水平。

Objective To investigate the command of medical knowledge of patients with heticobacter pylori（HP） infection,so as to provide the corresponding nursing intervention. Methods From June to December 2011,1143 cases infected with HP in Changzheng hospital were investigated the demand of medical knowledge and nursing by a self-designed questionnaire. ResuLts Totally 95 % of the patients did not know they were suffering from HP and some patients said they had never even heard of HP. In this survey,patients knew best about tableware disinfection after each meal （82.0 %） and least HP-caused non--digestive diseases（4.0%）. Conclusion Medical staff should vigorously strengthen the health education on HP-positive medical examination people to improve the patients＇ awareness of prevention and maintain the health level.
