氩氦超冷刀消融治疗晚期肝癌的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Ar-He Targeted Cryoablation Therapy for Terminal Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨氩氦超冷刀消融治疗晚期肝肿瘤的护理配合,以保证治疗的顺利进行。方法 2008年6月至2011年8月采用氩氦超冷刀消融治疗晚期肝癌患者共50例,并实施了整体护理措施。结果 50例患者均顺利完成治疗,在肿瘤的局部控制和缓解疼痛方面取得了满意的疗效。结论对实施氩氦超冷刀消融治疗的晚期肝肿瘤患者开展系列护理措施,有利于治疗的顺利实施,促进患者康复。

Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation of intraoperative Ar-He targeted cryoablation therapy for terminal hepatocellular carcinoma so as to ensure a successful treatment. Methods From June 2008 to August 2011,50 patients with terminal hepatocellular carcinoma were treated by At-He targeted eryoablation,and holistic nursing was performed during the perioperative period. Results The procedure was successful in all 50 cases and there were good effects on controlling local tumors and relieving pain. Conclusion Holistic nursing could profit treatment and improve curative effect during the therapy of Ar- He targeted cryoablation for hepatocellular carcinoma.
