摘要
某阶段在生产线上发现某品牌3V单稳态表贴电磁继电器出现较高比例的导通不良问题,故障继电器可在反复多次开关动作之后恢复。对故障继电器解剖发现触点上存在异物,高温下可挥发。经分析,发现在继电器铁芯蒸着工艺过程中由于材料控制失当,导致多余物质吸附在铁芯表面,该物质在单板生产的高温回流工艺过程中再次汽化并在触点上吸附,导致出现一定比例的触点接触不良问题。
There exists a contact failure on surface mounted electromagnetic relay.However,the failed relay can recover after multiple switching,After decapping,some contaminant is found on the contacts, which can volatilize at high temperature.It is shown that because of unreasonable control during coating process,additional substance was left at the iron core.The substance was then re-vaporized during reflow and deposited at the relay contact,thus resulted in the as-observed contact failure.
