摘要
随着使用时间的延长,光伏电池的退化不同,不同的电池参数会引起电路失配,使光伏方阵的输出功率减少。不同光伏方阵的失配损失受电池老化的影响程度不同,对于不同光伏方阵其可靠性也不相同。通过对SP,BL,TCT三种光伏方阵的仿真分析表明,相同条件下TCT结构的光伏方阵失配损失最小,可靠性也优于其他两种类型的光伏方阵。
With the extension of using,photovoltaic cells would degrade differently.The different ceil parameters may induce electrical mismatch and reduce the output power of photovoltaic array.The mismatch loss that due to cell degradation is different to different PV array.The reliability of photovoltaic array is defferent by analysis of SP,BL,TCT three photovoltaic array,we find that under the same conditions TCT structure of photovoltaic array has the minimum mismatch loss,and its reliability is better than the other two types of photovoftaic arrays.
