摘要 目的:对续断指纹图谱进行成分归属研究,为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供依据。方法:采用HPLC-TOF/MS技术,通过正离子模式和负离子模式检测获得精确分子量,结合文献和对照品推测续断HPLC-TOF/MS指纹图谱中的化学组成。结果:采用HPLC-TOF/MS法推测了15个成分,用对照品确认了木通皂苷D、绿原酸、咖啡酸、马钱苷、川续断皂苷V、川续断皂苷X、川续断皂苷VII和3-O-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元等8个成分。结论:该研究比较全面地阐明了续断的化学组成,使指纹图谱的特征性更强,为续断的鉴别与质量评定奠定了基础。 Objective: Research was performed on HPLC -TOF/MS fingerprint to identify compounds in Dipsaeus asperoides. Method: The accurate mass was obtained by HPLC -TOF/MS in both positive and negative ion modes. Combined with literatures components were concluded in D. asperoides by chemical substances. Results: Fifteen components were concluded and eight (ehlorogenic acid, asperosaponin VI, loganin, akebia saponin X, akebia saponin VII, akebia saponin V and 3 - O - a- L - arabinopyranosyl -hederagenin) were identified by comparing with standard substances. Conclusion: This study gave more details of chemical constituents of D. asperoides, which made fingerprint more characteristic. HPLC -TOF/MS technique could be used in quality control of D. asperoides.
