摘要
研究了水蒸气法活化制备稻壳活性炭的工艺条件,探讨了炭化温度、活化温度、活化时间和水蒸气用量对活化效果的影响。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:炭化温度450℃、活化温度900℃、活化时间90 min和水蒸气用量为炭化料的1.5倍,制备的活性炭碘值844 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值138 mL/g。这些指标与木质活性炭相当。且投资少,能耗低,具有良好的社会效益与经济效益。
The technology conditions of active carbon from rich hull was prepared by steam activation and the factors influencing the activation were investigated. The result show that the optimum conditions were the carbonization temperature 450 22, the activation temperature 900 22, the activation time 90 min and steam to solid ratio 1.5: 1. The maximum adsorb ability of iodine 844 mg/g, methylene blue 138 mL/g. These indexes are equal to activated carbons made from woods while its advantage is less in energy con- sumption and investment. Therefore, it has better economic and social benefits.
