摘要
从红叶南天竹采穗圃剪取穗条进行分级,采用不同浓度的植物催根剂,进行扦插对比试验。结果表明:于3月上旬剪取上一年的秋梢,将穗条分粗细2级进行扦插,采取"森生1号"植物催根剂1g对水300 mL,穗条基部速蘸2秒;穗条基部切口直径小于4 mm,木质化程度介于硬枝与半木质化之间的细级穗条,扦插繁殖效果较好,从扦插到测定,经108天培育,生根率可达75.33%、平均根幅5.53 cm、平均根长7.80 cm、平均新叶片数3.24片,可以用来上盆培育容器苗。
Cuttage propagation was studied with the cutting taken from the cutting orchard, classfied, treated with rooting regulator. The result showed that cuttings taken from the last autumn shoots , quick dipped in 0. 33% "Sen Sheng 1" roo- ting reagent solution for two seconds at the beginning of March performed the best. After cultured for 108 days, rooting rate reached 75.33% , root range average was 5.53 em, root average was 7.80 cm long and new leaves average number were 3.24. On the base of this study, the cutting and rapid propagation system of Nandina domestica ' Hongye' was estab- lished, which was beneficial to scale production in future.
