摘要 以NaHSO3作为还原剂,将V2O5颗粒还原为VO2.在260℃、pH=1的水热条件下反应8h制得亚稳相VO2(B).NaHSO3不仅作为还原剂,而且对产物形貌的控制起关键作用.通过水热反应得到的VO2(B)是长0.5~5μm、宽50~100nm的纳米带.600℃下退火处理6h,VO2(B)完全转化为具有相变性质的VO2(M),相变温度为68.7℃. Sodium hydrogensulfite(NaHSO3) is used as reductant to synthesize vanadium dioxide(VO2)from vanadium pentoxide(V2O5) particles.Metastable VO2(B) nanobelts are prepared hydrothermally at 260 ℃ for 8 h(pH=1).NaHSO3 is not only a reductant but plays a key role in controlling the morphologies of the products.VO2(B) nanobelts with length of 0.5~5 μm,width of 50~100 nm,are synthesized by the hydrothermal method.After annealing at 600 ℃ for 6 h,thermochromic VO2(M) is synthesized and the transition temperature is 68.7 ℃.
