摘要
人力资源E-Learning作为E-Learning与人力资源培训交叉发展的新领域,凭借其跨时空性、灵活便捷等特征,以及对企业学习和变革的作用,日益受到企业人力资源部门和高校研究机构的关注。纵观国际和国内人力资源E-Learning的相关研究动态可以发现,当前人力资源E-Learning主要置于人力资源管理领域,以培训课程为中心,与培训资源软件等联系密切,是一项包括对象、过程和内容目标的系统工程。人力资源E-Learning实践所反映出来的理论主要是基于员工岗位胜任力的课程开发理论,实践前沿应当关注移动Web技术、虚拟现实技术、知识管理系统、云计算等在人力资源E-Learning中的应用。
As a new field derived from the cross development of E-learning and HR training, HR E-learning gradually becomes the focus of HR department and research institutions in universities, because of its space-time limitlessness, flexibility and convenience, as well as its active role in enterprise learning and innovation. Reviews of present researches home and abroad shows that HR E-learning studies focus mainly on HR management, training courses, and resources software, which indicates that HR E-Learning is a systematic project including objects, processes and contents. Current HR E-learning practice reveals that the curriculum development theory based on post competence is the main theories, and HR E-learning practices should focus on the application of mobile web technology, virtual reality technology, knowledge management system, and cloud computing, etc.
