摘要
注册生是一个新的学习群体,有着不同于以往普招学生的学习特点,厌学现象较为普遍.为了更好地提升这一群体学习兴趣,实现高职教育教学目标,通过调研,了解注册生产生厌学情绪的原因,运用营销理论中的"爱达"公式,从提高学生对教师的关注度(attention)、运用情感激发学习兴趣(interest)、激发学生课堂学习欲望(desire)、校企联合激发学生自主学习行为(action)等,提出提高注册生学习兴趣的建议.
Enrolled student is a new learning group with universal study-weariness. They have their own learning characteristics which are different from those of common students. In order to improve the learning interest of this group and realize the teaching goal of higher vocational education, we try to investigate the reason why study-weariness appears in enrolled students. Using AIDA formula in marketing theory, this paper puts forward suggestions to improve learning in- terest of enrolled students from improving students' attention to teachers, stimulating learning interest with emotion, stimulating classroom learning desire of students and stimulating self- learning action through cooperation between college and enterprise.
