摘要
提高医院的管理效益,就必须对医院的社会效益和经济效益有一个明确的量化评价。文章在以层次分析法对医院经济效益与社会效益评价方法研究的基础上,利用5个指标的量化评价,对G省18家比较好的“三甲”医院1998年的数字进行了量化评估,并从医院管理的角度对评估结果进行了分析。
Stratified analysis and five quantified indicators were used in quantitative comparison of social and economic benefits of 18 A-level( tertiary JA-class hospitals in G province (1998) ,and in exploration of : which service procedures are generally high value-added, cost-effective, or have comparative advantages in comparison with others; the most likely alternatives to tackle difficulties in obtaining ideal service resources; how to achieve optimum benefits within available resources; what are the best management practices, attitudes, skills in the environment of increased competition and cooperation, more interdependencies, far reaching technological and social changes; successful management which have positive, inspiring influence on hospital function, making management reform a most important measure for change.
