摘要 目的 :研究大肠恶性肿瘤的转移相关基因血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)和CD4 4粘附分子的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)方法检测 1997年 12月— 1998年 5月间收治的 2 1例大肠恶性肿瘤。其中 19例为大肠癌 ,1例为平滑肌肉瘤 ,1例为转移性腺样囊腺癌。大肠癌Dukes分期为B期6例 ,C期 9例及D期 4例。上述标本采用RT PCR方法检测各类基因的mRNA表达。结果 :大肠恶性肿瘤VEGF阳性表达 10例 ,另 11例为阴性结果。而CD4 4阳性表达 8例 ,另 13例为阴性。大肠癌的不同分期与VEGF和CD4 4表达稍有不同 ,但两者随肿瘤分期的进展而呈现阳性结果增高。结论 :转移基因的VEGF和CD4 4表达 。 Purpose:To investigate the clinical value of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA and CD 44 in colorecal tumors.Methods:Twenty one patients with colorectal tumors underwent operation between December,1997 to May,1998 at our Hosptial.There were 19 colorectal cancers,1 leiomyosarcoma and 1 metastatic cystic adenocarcinoma. The Dukes staging of colorectal cancers in series were B in 6 ,C in 9 and D in 4 cases. All of the specimens were determined for mRNA expression of VEGF and CD 44 by using RT PCR techniques. Results:Expression of VEGF in colorectal cancers was 10 positive, 11 negative, while expression of CD 44 was 8 positive, 13 negative. There were same differences between the clinical staging and expression of each gene However, the result showed that both VEGF and CD 44 were more positive following the advanced stage in colorectal carcinomas.Conclusions:VEGF and CD 44 gene expression in colorectal tumors may serve as a parameter for judging tumor biological characteristic and clinical significance.
