公安机关群众工作的路径建设

公安群众工作是公安工作的重要组成部分,群众工作开展的效果不仅体现出国家政权与人民群众之间的关系,更直接关系到新时期社会的稳定与发展。良性的群众工作建立,需要公安民警公正执法,树立公安机关执法公信力,提升工作的效能,增强群众安全感;需要公安民警时时刻刻牢记全心全意为人民服务,把工作重点放在为群众办好事、办实事上,真正从群众的利益出发,了解他们的要求、困难和愿望,解决他们的实际问题,从而赢得群众的信任和尊重;需要公安民警提升群众工作方法,有声有色搞好舆论宣传和文化建设,通过社区文化凝聚民心。

Public security work of the masses is an important part of the public security work. The effect on which mass work carried out not only reflected the relationship between government and mass, but also di- rectly related to the social stability and development in the new era. Under a healthy relationship of establish- ment between mass and government, we should have impartial law enforcement, to establish the credibility of Law enforcement and enhance effectiveness of the work in order to improve the sense of safety of mass; we should keep in mind to serve the people wholeheartedly, to focus on good or practical things for the mas- ses. From the interests of the masses, we should understand their requirements, difficulties and aspirations to solve their practical problems and win the trust and respect of their own; we should improve the working meth- ods , and do a good job in the aspects of public opinion or propaganda work and cultural construction through community culture＇ s cohesion for the people.
