本文在现代产权理论和最新研究成果的基础上,通过提出产业内不同所有制类型企业盈利绩效差异的命题假设,并根据2009年我国39个主要产业中不同所有制类型企业盈利绩效的有关最新统计资料,对同产业不同所有制类型企业盈利绩效的差异进行了统计检验和解释,本文的结论是建立更富有弹性的所有制结构,增进民营经济成分,会增加企业效率和盈利绩效。

In this article, on the basis of Theory of Modem Property Ownership and most recent achievements, the writer presents the hypothesis, covering performance differences among different ownership enterprises I1Es. According to the latest statistics of performance differences among different ownership enterprises in 39 main industries and the empirical test of per- formance differences among different ownership enterprises IIEs, he provides some conclusions and realistic explanation.
