摘要
探讨了企业通过战略联盟发展企业能力的问题。根据知识理论的观点,企业能力的发展是组织学习过程,将企业在联盟中的学习的过程分为"知识转移"和"知识转化"两阶段。其中在第一阶段,总结了影响知识转移的主要因素;在第二阶段,根据知识管理观点,认为知识的转化能力是决定企业能否通过联盟巩固并发展企业自身的关键。
The paper concerns itself with the problem about how enterprises develop their capacities through the strategic alliance. According to the viewpoint of knowledge theory, the development of enterprises competence is the process of organizing learning. Therefore, the learning process in the strategic alliance is di- vided into two stages:" knowledge transfer" and " knowledge transformation". At the first stage, main influen- cing factors of knowledge transfer are summarized. At the second stage, according to the viewpoint of knowledge management, it is thought that the competence of knowledge transformation will decide whether enterprises can consolidate and develop their own capacities through strategic alliance.
