高血压病患者社区护理保健需求影响因素的调查研究

The investigation research of demand on the community nursing care service and its influencing factors of hypertension

目的:调查乌鲁木齐市高血压病患者社区护理保健需求、利用情况及其影响因素,为促进社区卫生服务的发展提供客观参考依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,随机抽取乌鲁木齐市三级甲等及二级甲等医院各2所,对该医院心血管内科以高血压病作为第一诊断及符合入选标准的316例出院患者进行研究。结果:34.81%的高血压病患者出院时活动存在障碍;社区定期体检、健康指导、家庭访视、康复指导、建立家庭病房5个卫生服务项目的社区护理保健需求与现状比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响高血压病患者社区护理保健需求的因素依次为健康状况、教育程度、生活满意程度、担忧程度及心理状态。结论:乌鲁木齐市高血压病患者社区护理保健需求高,应大力发展社区护理保健服务,完善双向转诊制度,规范慢性病患者的社区管理。

Objective：To investigate hypertension outpatients＇ demand and utilization for community nursing care services,and its influencing factors in Urumqi,then to make some objective suggestions for development of community health service.Methods：By random cluster sampling method,we randomly respectively selected two hospitals of three grades and two grades and investigated 316 hypertensions′ outpatients matched the conditions of these hospitals.Results：34.81% hypertensions exist activity barrier.The demand and utilization of community body-inspection on schedule,health guide,home invist,etc exist differences.The factors influencing are health conditions,level of education,et al.Conclusion： There is much post-acute care demand of hypertension.Great develop community nursing care services,consummating the two-way referral system,specificating the community management of patients with chronic diseases.
