哺乳期乳腺脓肿保留泌乳功能外科治疗的围手术期护理

Lactationg breast abscess retain the peri-operative nursing of the lactation

目的:探讨哺乳期乳腺脓肿保留泌乳功能的围手术期护理措施。方法:选取2010年10月～2011年12月收治的32例哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者,采取保留泌乳功能的围手术期护理措施。结果:32例患者中1例患者自愿选择回乳,1例患者乳晕区脓肿较大,乳腺导管排乳不畅并且压迫临近导管致乳晕区水肿和感染加重选择回乳,1例患者因脓腔位置在后间隙,范围巨大,在患者知情同意下选择退奶外,其余患者均保留了哺乳功能,无严重并发症。结论:围手术期采取多种护理措施,有助于哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者保留哺乳功能,促进母乳喂养。

Objective：To expert the breast-feeding breast abscess reserveations lactation peri-operative care measures.Methods：A total of 32 cases from October 2010 to December 2011 were lactation breast abscess patients,taking reservations lactation function peri-operative nursing measures.Results：Chose 32 patients to stop breast-feeding,one case areola area abscess is bigger,the breast ducts row milk not free and oppression near catheter,milk dizzy area edema and infection aggravating,the choice to stop breast-feeding.one patient for the vomica position in the gap,huge range,informed consent in patients choose to stop breast-feeding,and the rest of the patients were retained the function of lactation,no serious complications.Conclusions：Peri-operative nursing to take various measures to help keep feeding patients with breast lactation abscess functions,promoting breast-feeding.
