对外开放是发展中国特色社会主义的必由之路。党的十一届三中全会以来,中国共产党在新的历史条件下,带领全国人民紧跟世界发展潮流,密切结合我国实际,从"引进来"到"走出去",从封闭半封闭到全方位开放,再到加入世界贸易组织开启对外开放历史新阶段,成功走出了一条适合中国国情、具有中国特色的对外开放之路,这是中国模式的一个重要内容。站在新的历史起点上,我们要继续推进社会主义现代化建设,不断开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面,毫不动摇地坚持中国特色的对外开放之路。
