金融视角下县域经济发展中存在的问题研究

The Study of the Problems Existing in the County Economy in the View of the Finance

"郡县治,天下安",县域经济在国民经济发展中占有非常重要的基础地位。自党的十六大提出"壮大县域经济"的号召以来,我国县域经济步入了高速发展期。党的十七大提出全面建设小康社会,要求县域经济较快地发展,而县域经济的发展离不开金融支持,县域金融作为执行和实施货币政策的基础环节,在支持县域经济发展中起着杠杆作用。从金融视角下分析县域经济发展中存在的问题,实现县域经济与县域金融匹配发展,对积极推进县域经济发展有重要意义。

＂The country will be peaceful by carrying out the system of prefectures and counties.＂ The county economy plays an important and basic role in the national economic development.Our county economy has come into a high-speed development period since the 16th Party Congress,on which the slogan——develop the county economy was put forward.The comprehensive construction well-off society of the 17th Party Congress requires the fast development of the county economy.However,the development of the county economy can＇t be separated from the financial support.As a basic link of implementing the currency policy,the county finance plays leverage effect in the development of county economy.The paper will analyze the problems in the county economic development from the financial perspective and will put forward some strategies to promote the development of county economy.
