基于多元化理论的高职语文作文能力评价实践的研究

摘要 以多元化理论为指导,在坚持差异性原则、以生为本原则、全面整体性原则和系统性原则的基础上,高职语文教师对学生的作文能力采取多元化评价的手段,通过教师评价、学生自评和学生互评的实践来促使学生直观感知如何作文和提高作文能力,提升职场竞争力。 Take the theory of diversification as the guide and adhere to the principle of diversity,take students as the principle,the overall principle and system on the basis of the principle,higher vocational Chinese teachers should take diversified evaluation meanson students' writing ability.And through the teacher evaluation,student self-assessment and peer assessment practice to make students know how to write a composition and improve writing ability,then enhance their competitiveness.
