摘要
采用载体定量杀菌试验 ,观察了三氯异氰尿酸对微生物的杀灭效果。结果 ,以其含 50 0mg/L有效氯的溶液作用 15min ,对布片表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达 10 0 %。对受 50 %小牛血清保护的该芽胞 ,则需作用 4 5min。对不锈钢片表面HBsAg ,需以其 750mg/L有效氯溶液作用 4 0min ,才能将HBsAg抗原性完全破坏。
The germicidal efficacy of trichloroisocyanuric acid was observed using carrier quantitative germicidal test The results indicated that its solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L with a 15 min contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger on cloth strip, while for killing 100% of these spores protected by 50% calf serum, 45 min was required For complete destruction of HBsAg antigenicity on surface of stainless steel coupon, the solution containing available chlorine 750 mg/L with a 40 min contact time was required
