网络时代如何防范负面涉警舆情,是当前公安机关面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。警察公共关系意识是警察的深层次思想观念,能够成为警察公共关系的一种内驱力,有助于防范与应对涉警网络舆论危机。因此,增强警察公关意识、加强警察公共关系建设应当成为网络时代公安工作的重要组成部分。借鉴国外的先进做法,基于中国国情,采取改善公安院校课程设置、成立警察公关培训基地、开展机关内部教育与考核等方式可以成为增强警察公关意识有效路径。
