Under the influence of the industrial civilization , the concept of tourism resource value has been abused, such as the overgeneralization of resources utilization, the obscure definit- ion of the property right , and the imperfect of value assessment. The essay points out that the new outlook of the resource value can help solve the existing problems and realize the sustainable development of resource utilization.
