白内障超声乳化术并发症临床分析

Clinical analysis on complications of phacoemulsification and IOL implanlation

目的 探讨分析白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术并发症发生的原因及防治措施。方法 对143例(165眼)术中、术后各种并发症的临床表现进行观察和分析。结果 最常见并发症虹膜损伤43眼(26.02%);后囊膜破裂19眼(11.15%);角膜内皮水肿27眼(16.3%)。结论 提示产生这些并发症的主要原因是病例选择不当,技术不熟练及操作不当所致。对初学者不能忽视超声乳化术有较多的并发症,正确处理各种并发症以获得最好的结果。

Objective To explore the causes and the prevention of the complication of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.Methods Clinical observation and analysis were carried out on the main complications of 143 cases(165 eyes)of phacoemulsification.Results Main complication of Iris trauma was found in 43 eyes(26.02%);posterior capsule rupture in 19 eyes(11.51%) and corneal endothelial edema in 27 eyes(16.3%).Conclusion These results suggest that complications are mainly caused by the incorrect selection of cases,poor technique and mismanagement.That the phacoemulsification has more complications most be emphasized.Beginners should be aware of the likely complications in order to deal with them and get the best results.
