摘要
介绍NH3/CO2复叠制冷系统在工业制冷中的应用。根据实际案例,提出相应的系统设计参数,并针对所面临的一些控制问题进行探讨和分析。最后通过对系统进行安全性、效率以及成本等方面的分析发现,NH3/CO2复叠的自动控制系统在实际的应用中虽还存在初始成本相对较高的情况但也具有节能、环保等优点。
The application of NH3/CO2 cascade refrigeration system into industrial refrigeration is introduced.According to the practical case,the design parameters are presented,and the control strategies for the system are discussed and analyzed.Finally,through the analysis of the system＇s safety,efficiency and cost,it is found out that the system is energy-saving and environment friendly meanwhile the first cost is still a bit higher.
