我国县级政府领导行为关键影响因素研究——以咸宁地区为例

Key Influent Factors in Leadership Behavior of County Government:A Case Study in xianning City

县级政府是我国基层政治的承载主体,担负着调节社会需要与实现行政目标的责任,其领导行为的差异直接影响作为公共组织的县级政府的行政绩效,攸关其涨落兴衰。运用验证性因子分析的方法,对影响我国县级政府的领导行为关键因素进行了梳理,发现我国县级政府领导行为的关键影响因素分别是人性化程度、关注度、执行力、决策力。

In China being a principle basic-policy bearer assuming the responsibilities for social-requirement adjustment and administrative-goal realization,the differences of the country government＇ leadership behavior relate vitally to the fluctuations and vicissitudes of its administrative achievements.Using confirmatory factors analysis to comb with the key factors influencing the country government＇ leadership behavior,this article shows that these factors are humanization,concern,execution and decision.
