踝关节强化训练对脑卒中康复后期下肢运动功能的疗效

Effects of Ankle Intensive Training on Motor of Lower Limbs in Later Stroke Patients

目的探讨踝关节强化训练对脑卒中康复后期患者下肢运动功能恢复的影响。方法 30例病程≥3个月的脑卒中患者分为对照组(n=15)及治疗组(n=15)。对照组采用常规运动疗法,治疗组增加踝关节强化训练。治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer下肢运动评分和10 m步行速度进行评定。结果治疗后,两组Fugl-Meyer评分和10 m步行速度均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善更多(P<0.05)。结论踝关节强化训练可促进脑卒中患者下肢运动功能和步行能力的恢复。

Objective To observe the effects of ankle intensive training on the recovery of lower limbs motor in stroke patients in later stage of rehabilitation. Methods 30 stroke patients with course ≥ 3 months were divided into the treatment group （n=1 5） and control group （n=15）. The control group received routine treatment, and the treatment group received ankle intensive training in addition. They were as- sessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment （FMA） of lower extremity and 10 m walking speed. Results The scores of FMA and 10 m walking speed improved in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ankle intensive training can promote the motor recovery of lower limbs in later stroke patients.
