康复训练对唐氏综合征患儿精细运动功能的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation on Fine Motor Function of Children with Down Syndrome: 30 Cases Report

目的观察康复训练对唐氏综合征患儿精细运动功能发育的影响。方法 30例唐氏综合征患儿行康复训练。治疗前后采用Peabody精细运动发育评估量表(PDMS-FM)进行评定。结果治疗后,患儿的精细运动发育商和抓握能力、视觉-运动统合能力分均有改善(P<0.05)。结论康复训练有助于改善患儿的精细运动功能。

Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation training on fine motor in children with Down syndrome. Methods 30 chil- dren with Down syndrome accepted rehabilitation training for 3.1-4.6 months. They were assessed with fine motor function in Peabody De- velopmental Motor Scales （PDMS-FM） before and after treatment. Results The scores of fine motor quotients, grasping and visual-motor in- tegration improved after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation can improve the fine motor in children with Down syndrome.
