地方高等学校担负着为地方经济发展培养人才的责任,关注地方经济结构调整的发展趋势,对高等学校人才培养意义重大。本文阐述了吉林省产业结构的总体变化趋势,分析了工业和服务业内部结构调整的特点,并对"十二五"期间吉林省经济管理类人才的需求进行了预测。

Local colleges and universities are responsible for talent cultivation for local economic development. It is significant for talent cultivation of colleges and universities to concern about the development trend of local economic structure adjustment. This paper describes the overall trend of the industrial structure, analyzes the characteristics of structure adjustment in industry and service sector, and forecasts the demand for economics and management talents for Jilin Province in ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂.
