Vertebral artry occlusion in the treatment of posterior circulation aneurysms with the detachable ballons

目的 报告球囊闭塞椎动脉治疗椎 -基底动脉瘤的情况。方法 局麻下股动脉插管 ,在球囊闭塞 (Ma-ta,s)试验成功后 ,闭塞小脑后下 (PICA)开口近端的椎动脉。结果 成功闭塞 5例椎动脉 ,无并发症。结论 球囊闭塞椎动脉治疗椎 -基底动脉 ,尤其是梭形、囊状巨大动脉瘤简捷、安全、效果好 。

Objective To assess the usefulness and practical experience in vertebral artery occlusion in the treatment of vertebrobasilar aneurysms with the balloons. Methods Under local anesthesia,five cases of vertebrobasilar aneurysms were performed ballons occlusion vertebral artery at the end of PICA which is close to heart after a successful ballon Mata’s test. Results Occlusion was achieved in 5 cases without any complication. Conclusion Vertebral artery occlusion with detachable ballons in the treatment of posterior circulation aneurysms is safe,effective and reliable and it may offer the vure opportunity to those aneurysms which are unclippable. It is useful to preventing ischemia with systenatic anticoagulation.
