职业性汞接触对人机体神经行为的影响及大蒜素片的防治作用

Effects of mercury on performances in neurobehavior of workers and preventive action of garlicin tablet

目的 探讨职业性汞接触对人机体神经行为的影响及大蒜素片对汞中毒的防治作用。方法 对暴露于 5 8μg/ m3汞蒸气环境中的某金矿工人 47名及无接触汞经历的 45名工人采用 WHO神经行为核心检测组合进行神经行为功能测试 ,并给接触汞的工人口服大蒜素片 ,每次 35 0 mg,每日 3次口服 ,共服 4周。观察情绪和简单反应时变化。结果 触汞工人情感状态、简单反应时、视觉持留及数字译码、手提转捷度、目标追击 等项均有显著变化。共计 2 8名服药者 ,服药天数为 2 5 .2± 3.4天 ,服药后情绪状态及简单反应时各项得分均优于服药前 ,但统计学上无显著差异。结论 神经行为变化是低汞浓度汞中毒工人的突出改变。

Objectives To investigate neurobehavioral changes of Gold Mining’s workers when the atmospheric level of nercury at the workplaces was 58μg/m 3,and the effects of Garlicin Tablet on the mercurialism. Methods Neurobehavioral tests were performed by 47 workers exposed to mercury vapour and 45 workers as a control group with no history of occupational exposure to mercury and were made in all subjects with WHO neurobehavioral core test battery,furthermore,workers exposed to mercury were treated with garlicin tablet (350mg,tid,po) for 4 weeks and the changes of Profile of Mood States Test and Simple Reaction Time Test were evaluated. Results There is significant difference between the works and the control groups,observed in Profile of Mood States Test,in Simple Reaction Time Test,in Benton Visual Retention Test and Digit Symbol Test,in Santa Ana Manual Dexterity Test (P<0.01) and in Pursuit Aiming Test Ⅱ (P<0.05) respectively. 28 worker’s Profile of Mood States Test and Simple Reaction Time Test were improved,after treated with garlicin tablet for 25.2±3.4 days. But the changes in statistics were not significant. Conclusion Neurobehavioral changes of workers exposed to mercury at the low exposure level were significant. Furthermore,garlicin tablet has the potential value of prevention and treatment for the mercurialism.
