摘要
目的 探讨血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因多态性和脑出血发病的关系。方法 应用 PCR方法检测82例脑出血患者和 86例健康者 ACE基因的缺失 /插入多态性。结果 脑出血患者的 DD基因型及 D等位基因频率和正常对照组比较差异有显著意义 ;伴高血压的脑出血患者的 DD基因型和 D等位基因频率明显高于无高血压的脑出血患者 ;无高血压史的脑出血患者的 DD基因型和 D等位基因频率明显高于正常对照组 ;DD基因型和 D等位基因频率与性别、有无糖尿病、高脂血症及吸烟无关。结论 DD基因型和 D等位基因携带者具有脑出血易感性 。
Objective To study the correlation between the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphism and cerebral hemorrhage. Method An deletion/insertion polymorphism of the ACE gene was analysed by polymerase chain reaction in 82 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 86 control subjects. Results There was significant difference in DD genotype and D allele gene frequency between the cerebral hemorrhage patients and the control subjects(χ 2=22.87 AND 10.5 , P < 0.05),the frequency of DD genotype and D allele gene was significantly higher in the patients with hypertension than in the patients without hypertension (χ 2=5.56 and 8.43,P<0.01),and also in the patients without hypertension than in the control objects(χ 2=9.54 and 6.83,P<0.01). The frequency of DD genotype and D allele gene was not associated with sex,diabetes mellitus,hyperlipemia and smoking(P>0.05). Conclusion These suggested the DD genotype and D allele gene increased the risk of cerebral hemorrhage,and this susceptibility was not depended on hypertension.
