浅谈正态分布对掘进工作面系统安全的衡量

摘要 掘进工作面是由人、物以及管理组成的系统,要衡量掘进工作面的安全,必须找出能够衡量系统安全的指标,而且此指标要便于统计计算。在分析了安全含义的基础上,构造了能够衡量系统安全的指标——事故处理时间,通过计算实例说明了掘进工作面的安全衡量的具体计算过程。计算结果可以对掘进工作面的安全进行定量衡量,也可以作为掘进工作面外包方的一个考核内容。 Driving working face is a system, which consists of man, object and management. It has to find out a standard (which is convenient for statistic calculation )that can measure system security to measure the security of driving working face. On the basis of the analysis of the definition of security, we use the time of accident handling as the standard to measure the system security. It can illustrate the specific calculation process through calculating instance. However, with the calculating results, it can make a quantitative measurement toward the security of driving working face, and it can also become the assessment content for outsourcing party of driving working face.
