The cause of acoustic vibration of syngas heat exchanger is figured out, and the solution of which is discussed and developed under the joint efforts with the designer and manufacturer and implemented in revamping synthetic oil product unit. The rigorous process control is applied so as to ensure construction quality and reach target for revamping syngus heat exchanger, furthermore, the acoustic vibration is removed, and equipment comes back to normal operation.
