浅析MT系列自卸卡车转向节断裂及改进

Transformation of Protecting Steering Knuckle Fragmentation Technology for MT Series Dump Truck

通过对MT系列电动轮卡车运行中出现的转向节断裂故障现象的分析,发现了转向节存在设计和制造缺陷,提出并实施了改造措施,使问题得到彻底解决,避免了转向节断裂故障的再次发生,减少故障的停机时间,创造了良好的经济效益。

By further analysis about steering knuckle fragmentation concerning electric wheel truck of MT series dump truck, I find defects in the design and fabrication of steering knuckle. Therefore, in order to solve the problem thoroughly, avoid the re-play of steering knuckle fragmentation, lessen the engine shutdown time, and create better economic benefits, I put forward and carry out transformation measures.
