LASIK对近视眼调节功能的影响及其临床意义

The effect on accommodative functions of LASIK and its clinical application

目的 :评估准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)治疗近视对调节功能的影响及其临床意义。方法 :用LASIK治疗近视患者 36例 72只眼 ,按术前屈光矫正方式将其中 38眼归为隐形眼镜组 (Gc)组 ,34眼归为框架眼镜组 (Gg组 )。用MEM动态检影法和综合验光仪测量各组在术前、术后 1个月、术后 6个月的单眼调节幅度、相对性调节、调节灵敏度和调节滞后量。结果 :Gg组的单眼调节幅度、正相对性调节术后 1月和术后 6月与术前比较均有显著的增加 ;Gc组正相对性调节差异有显著性。结论 :LASIK治疗高度近视对患者的调节功能不会造成不良影响 ,对个别术前调节功能明显不足的患者 ,则需要对手术的矫正参数加以调整。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of accommodative functions after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)Methods:36 myopic patients, divided into 2 groups(Group-G wearing glasses and Group-C wearing contactlenses) according to their habitual correction, were treated by LASIK. Their accommodative functions including Amp、NRA/PRA、accommodative facility and lag of accommodation were measured three times( before surgery、1 month and 6 months after surgery).Results:In Group-G,AMP and PRA were significantly improved 1 month and 6 months after LASIK.Conclusion:LASIK for the correction of high myopia may have no adverse influence on patients' accommodative function. For individuals who having accommodative insufficiency,the full correction of myopia may be not advisable.
