产学研技术联盟中科技中介嵌入模式研究

Research on the embedded mode of the technical intermediary in the industry-university-research technology alliance

从产学研技术联盟的实际情况入手,探讨科技中介在产学研技术联盟活动中的嵌入模式与嵌入条件。分别建立中介嵌入前后的演化博弈模型、技术创新博弈模型和成果转化博弈模型,分析了中介在联盟组建过程、技术创新和成果转化过程的嵌入条件、影响及其决策依据。通过3个阶段的博弈分析,认为与科技中介机构的合作同样存在交易成本,这就表示科技中介机构的嵌入未必能够降低联盟的交易成本。

Based on the reality of the industry-university-research technology alliance, this paper mainly studies the mode and conditions of the insert of technical intermediary in the alliance＇s activities. The paper establishes the evolutionary game model,the game model of technology innovation and the game model of the achievements conversion of different stages of alliance before and after the insert of the technical intermediary, in order to analyze the conditions of the insert,its influence and decision basis. Through the analysis of the game models,this paper suggests that there is also transaction cost during the cooperation of the alliance with technical intermediary,which means that the insert of technical unnecessarily decrease the transaction cost of the alliance.
