南京城市化与产业结构变动关系研究

Study on relation of urbanization and the changes of inudstrial structure in Nanjing city

在分析南京市城市化发展和产业结构发展和演变特点的基础上,研究了二者之间的关系。研究表明由于就业结构高度化的发展速度快于产业结构高度化以及积极推进城市化发展战略等原因,南京城市化发展由滞后于工业化发展向两者协调发展演进;为了促进南京城市化和产业结构协调发展,可以优化产业结构,进一步提升南京城市化发展质量;积极发展小城镇和新市区,构建科学的城镇体系;着力完善基础设施建设。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of urbanization and the changes of industrial structure in Nanjing city,this paper researches on the relation between urbanization and the changes of industrial structure. Researches show that：Nanjing urbanization development lags behind the development of industrialization ;this article puts forward harmonious countermeasure on the relation between urbanization and the changes of industrial structure in Nanjing city, that is, optimining industrial structure, constructing townlet and miraflores, building the scientific urban system.
