Problems and suggestions on the financial management system of institutions

事业单位是我国社会管理和公共服务职能的主要载体,是政府经济和社会管理的重要组成部分。随着经济社会的不断发展,近年来事业单位在预算管理、资产管理、财务风险控制等方面暴露出一些问题,从问题入手,分析问题成因,进而提出解决问题的方法建议,旨在对事业单位提高财务管理水平起到积极的建设作用。

Institutions are the main carrier for realizing public service,the whole management in social system,the important integral part in governmental business and social management. As the rapid development in economic society, some problems occurred in budget management, capital management and financial risk control came to appear in institutions these years. This paper has probed into the origins of the problems mentioned above and proposed proper suggestions and advice as well, aiming at the active promotion in the financial management of institutions.
