摘要
高校期刊不但为科研工作者提供学术交流的平台,而且在人才培养、科学技术进步等方面都起到了重要的作用。以SERVQUAL的5个评价维度为基础,通过对高校期刊顾客概念界定及属性分析,得出高校期刊顾客质量需求,从而阐述高校期刊的服务功能特性,对高校期刊感知质量评价奠定了一定的理论基础。
University periodical not only provides academic exchange platform for researchers,but also plays an important role in personnel training and scientific and technological progress. Based on the five evaluative dimensions of SERVQUAL,customer quality requirements of university periodical come from customer concept definition and property analysis. Consequently,university periodical service features could be elaborated,which lays certain theoretical basis for perceived quality assessment of university periodical.
