高职院校创业能力培养模式的理论与实践研究——以广东高职院为例

社会的知识爆炸、市场的快速变革,都对当代人才的创新创业能力有了迫切的需求,高校扩招的学生就业压力也推动了学生创业教育热情的高涨。在这样的环境下,高校开展创业创新能力培养就成为迫切的发展趋势。通过对创业能力培养理念的理论分析,提出了我国高职院校创业能力培养可供选择的理论框架,并通过对广东科学技术职业学院的能力培养的实证研究,介绍了一种可供研究和推广的创业能力培养模式。

Knowledge explosion of the society and the rapid changes in the market have urgent needs of innovation and entrepreneurial ability.The enrollment of college enrollment and the employment pressure also contribute to the enthusiasm of students＇ entrepreneurship education. In such an environment,colleges and universities have to carry out entrepreneurial innovation capacity-cultivation.Based on the theoretical analysis of entrepreneurial ability,and through empirical research on the Guangdong Science and Technology Vocational College,this paper puts forwaral the alter native thoretical framework of vocational colleges in Chinese entrepreneurship training.
