摘要
建立了紫外分光光度法测定替米考星溶液含量的方法。以0.01mol/L的盐酸为溶剂,测定波长为291nm,通过专属性试验、准确度试验、线性关系考察、精密度试验等方法学研究,建立了紫外分光光度法测定替米考星的方法。替米考星测定的线性方程为A=0.026 7ρ+0.005 9,r=0.999 9,线性范围为8~48μg/mL。准确度试验(n=9)平均回收率为100.6%,RSD值为0.5%。以紫外分光光度法测定替米考星溶液的含量,方法准确、简单易行,是适合快速测定替米考星含量的方法。
A method for the determination of tilmicosin solution by ultraviolet spectrophotometry is established, with 0. 01 mol/L HC1 as solvent,detecting wave length at 291 nm, and through investigating the specificity accuracy, linearity and precision. The linear equation is A=0. 026 7ρ+0. 005 9,r=0. 999 9, in the range of 8-48 μg/mL. The average recovery is 100.6% and RSD is 0.5% (n=9). The UV method is an accurate, simple,and rapid way for determination.
