脑电压缩谱阵在正常人与脑梗死患者中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨压缩谱阵(CSA)分析常规脑电图的临床价值。方法:对正常人与30例急性脑梗死(ACI)患者CSA分析。结果:不同年龄组正常人与ACI患者的脑电图构型及其在睁眼与过度换气(HV)中的变化能以不同的谱阵图型式直观地显示出来;ACI患者HV前的脑电中心频率与谱边缘频率患侧明显慢于健侧与对照组,而 δ、θ相对功率非常显著地高于健侧与对照组。结论:CSA分析与ACI定侧定位是一有效方法。 Aim: To explore the value of compressed spectral array (CSA) in analyzing routine electroencephalogram (EEG). Methods: The routine EEGs of 40 normal persons and 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) were analyzed with CSA. Results: The EEG types and their changes to eyes open and hyperventilation (HV) in normal persons and the pa- tients with ACI can be well shown by CSA in different spectrograms. Before HV, the median power frequency (MPF) and spectral edge frequency (SEF) over the infarcted hemisphere were much slower, and both δ and θ relative powers were signifi- cally higher than those of non-infarcted hemisphere and the controls. Conclusion: CSA is a useful device for EEG display. analvsis and infarction location.
