摘要
在对谐振式悬架装置检测系统的基本结构、检测原理和系统构成进行阐述的基础上,介绍了悬架试验台的控制系统的信号采集方法,以及对信号处理和分析的过程。在软件控制系统中,使用了峰值包络线找极值的方法,剔除了干扰点对系统构成的影响,减小了测量的误差,确保了测试的重复性和数据的可靠性、准确性。
Through analyzing the structure of the resonant type suspension testing equipment its, testing principle and system structure, the study introtuced the acquisition method for control system signals of suspension experiment platform is introduced, and the signal processing and analysis process. In the software control system, extreme value peak envelope is used to find the extremum, thus eliminating interference effects on the system and reducing measurement errors, and ensuring the duplication of the test and the reliability and accuracy of data.
