摘要
目的:建立大脑凸面横断面与量矢状面主要脑沟回的定位体系。方法:取10具非病变死亡的头颅标本,经福尔马林液固定后行MRI扫描及断层切片;测量大脑主要沟回的长度并对邻近脑沟回形成的特殊解剖标志进行了辨识。结果:研究发现脑标本矢状面主要沟回构成6大解剖定位标志,其大脑凸面横断面构成7大解剖标志。结论:解剖定位标志的辨识,有利于脑部病变区的术前定位及手术入路的选择。
Aim: To construct localizing systems of brain on axial and sagittal MRI and specimens. Methods: 10 cases of normal brain specimens with axial and sagittal scans of SE sequences were chosen on MRI. Anatomical features of cerebral sulci were recorded and measured. Results: Six special anatomical and marks on sagittal section of brain specimens were found and seven anatomic landmarks of axial sections of brain specimens were also recorded. Conclusion: Systems for localizing gyri and sulci are helpful to localize pathology and to choose operational methods
