摘要
在基础教育课程改革逐步走向深入的今天,揭示教学理念向教学行为转化的路径是亟须破解的现实课题。专家凭借自身的理论优势、问题意识和研究能力可以引领基层教师较快地实现教学行为的转化;模仿先进是广大教师快速实现教学行为转变的有效路径;教师依托各自的优势和专长合作互助,可以实现智慧增值,生成新的教学行为;行动研究以其鲜明的实践关怀取向、教师即研究者的"亲教师"立场、边行动边研究的可操作性,受到一线教师的青睐,成为教学理念向教学行为转化的基本路径。
With the deepening of the basic education curriculum reform, the revelation of the transformation from the teaching philosophy to teaching behavior becomes a practical issue which calls for urgent breakthrough. Experts, with their own theoretical advantages, problem consciousness and research ability, can guide teachers to realize the transformation of the teaching behavior in shorter period of time; imitation is an effective path to realize rapid transformation of the teaching behavior; teachers can rely on their respective strengths and the cooperation to achieve the appreciation of intelligence value and the generation of new teaching behaviors. Action has the advantages of distinctive practical care orientation, the researchers' (teachers') standpoint which favors the teachers themselves, and the feasibility of the simultaneousness of the action and the research. Action research has drawn a great deal of interest of the frontline teachers, and it becomes the important path of transforming from the teaching philosophy to the teaching behavior.
