摘要
2010年9月初,对郑州地区进行大棚半促成栽培吐德拉、达赛、丰香、章姬4个草莓品种的植株生长特性比较、果形、果皮、果肉、可溶性固形物、香味、风味、髓心大小与空实、一级果序平均单果重、硬度及抗病性等方面进行了调查和比较,结果表明,章姬、吐德拉、达赛体型最大,生长势最强,果面光滑,果形美观,果色艳红,富有光泽,种子分布均匀,果实较大,整齐度好但章姬硬度低不易长途运输,章姬对灰霉病、白粉病、根腐病这3大病害有很强抗性但吐德拉、达赛对灰霉病较差;丰香和章姬口感好,但丰香对白粉病高度缺乏抗性。因此,各个品种都存在或多或少的缺陷,需结合当地的生产环境进行合理的品种配置。
At the beginning of September in the 2010, four introduced strawberry cuhivars of spit della ,Tatsu cup and Feng Xiang, Zhang Ji were cultivated under semi-forcing culture in plastic greenhouse in Zhengzhou. To investigate and compare the advantages and disadvantages of four varieties ,the growth characteristics of four cultivars were observed, included fruit shape, peel, pulp, soluble solids, aroma, flavor, the sizes of pith and empty, the average weight of single fruit of first infructescence, hardness and the disease resistance . The results show that spit della , Tatsu cup and Zhang Ji are the largest,have strongest growth potential, surface smooth, fruit shape, fruit color red, shiny, uniform seed distribution, fruit size,uniformity but chapter Ji low hardness is not easy to long-distance transport;Zhang Ji Grey Mildew, powdery mildew, rot the 3diseases have very strong resistance but Tudela, to match against Botrytis cinerea is .poor; Feng Xiang and Zhang Ji taste good, but The lack of height of resistance to Powdery Mildew of Fengxiang;So, each breed has more or less defects, with local production environment for rational allocation of varieties.
