摘要
在分析我国水资源论证从业人员管理现状及存在问题的基础上,剖析水资源论证从业人员执业资格制度建立的必要性与可行性,提出我国水资源论证执业资格制度的实现途径:建立政府行政许可类执业资格制度;建立行业自律管理类执业资格制度。
Based on the analysis of the existing status and problems concerning the employees of water resources certificate in China,the necessity and feasibility of establishing the certified qualification system are discussed.The ways for realizing the certified qualification system of water resources certificate in China are put forward,that is,to establish the certified qualification systems both under the governmental administrative license and the professional self-discipline management.
