基于SWOT分析的新疆煤炭产业结构优化研究

煤炭产业是我国基础工业的重要组成部分,国民经济的发展需要煤炭产业的可持续发展。在国家未来的煤炭发展中,新疆将接替东部地区成为我国重要的煤炭生产基地,肩负起满足国家煤炭需求,保障国家能源安全的重任。新疆煤炭资源最丰富,居全国之首,煤炭产业是新疆的支柱产业。文章用SWOT方法分析新疆煤炭产业发展现状,充分利用新疆丰富煤炭资源优势的同时,客观分析存在的问题及面临的机会与挑战。以延伸煤炭产业链来优化煤炭产业结构的角度,研究新疆煤炭产业结构优化的战略选择。

Coal industry is important part of the foundation industry of our country. Development of the national economy needs the sustainable development of coal industry. In the forthcoming development of coal indusrtry, Xinjiang will be the important coal production base replacing the eastern region. She will shoulder the responsibility of meeting the national coal demand and ensuring national energy security. Xin- jiang has abundant coal resources, ranking first in the country, and the coal industry is the pillar industry of Xinjiang. In this paper, using SWOT method to analyze the current situation of the development of coal industry in Xinjiang, and objective analysis the problems, facing opportunity and challenge. In order to op- timize the coal industrial structure by extending the coal industry chain, we also research the optimization strategy of coal industrial structure in Xinjiang.
